A recent visit to their facility reveals W16 x 40\u2019s requiring rat holes, web and flange beveling, taking around 7-minutes and 30 seconds per-end to cope and bevel.\u00a0 Previous manual processing took about one-hour after grinding and final cleanup.<\/p>\n<a href=\"https:\/\/oceanmachinery.com\/es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/02\/IMG_0660.jpg\" data-rel=\"lightbox-image-3\" data-rl_title=\"\" data-rl_caption=\"\" title=\"\"><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-1675\" src=\"https:\/\/oceanmachinery.com\/es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/02\/IMG_0660.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"700\" height=\"525\" \/><\/a>\n<img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-1674\" src=\"https:\/\/oceanmachinery.com\/es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/02\/IMG_0640.jpg\" alt=\"Division Five Ocean Liberator CNC Oxy Coper\" width=\"700\" height=\"688\" \/>\n<p>We also observed a \u201cmammoth\u201d W40 x 199 beam being drilled on their Ocean Avenger.\u00a0 The Liberator Beam Coper was used to perform a trim-cut on this \u201cheavy-weight\u201d prior to drilling it.<\/p>\n<a href=\"https:\/\/oceanmachinery.com\/es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/02\/IMG_0644.jpg\" data-rel=\"lightbox-image-4\" data-rl_title=\"\" data-rl_caption=\"\" title=\"\"><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-1678\" src=\"https:\/\/oceanmachinery.com\/es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/02\/IMG_0644.jpg\" alt=\"Division Five Ocean Avenger CNC Beam Line\" width=\"700\" height=\"624\" \/><\/a>\n<a href=\"https:\/\/oceanmachinery.com\/es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/02\/IMG_0646.jpg\" data-rel=\"lightbox-image-5\" data-rl_title=\"\" data-rl_caption=\"\" title=\"\"><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-1679\" src=\"https:\/\/oceanmachinery.com\/es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/02\/IMG_0646.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"700\" height=\"694\" \/><\/a>\n<p>We thank the team at Division Five for employing the Ocean brand of structural machinery to supplement their fabrication efforts.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Division Five, a structural fabricator located in Hollywood, SC, has been a valued customer of Ocean Machinery since their 2006 installation of the Terminator 1842 Saw and Avenger Drill Line.
