HE&M Horizontal Band Saw – Horizontal Pivot Saws are based on the earliest HE&M Saw models. Used for a variety of applications from small structural shapes, small solids, and even small bundles if fitted with the correct features. CNC machine shops find these models particularly effective when cutting multiple shorter-length parts. Adjustable clamping pressure is standard so solids and thinner-wall tubing are easily sawed accurately and efficiently. These models are ideal for cutting a variety of smaller solids & shapes. Typically these band saws range in capacity from (12.75″ – 16″) high to (12.75″ – 20″) wide.
H90 Series:
- The H90A series has years of proven performance. All versions include adjustable clamping force which allows clamping of solids and thinner materials. Three different control versions are available. The H90A-1 allows automatic material feeding for parts up to 24” in length and multiple parts of the same length up to 999 parts, the H90A-4 allows up to 4 indexes of 24″ or less with multiple parts of the same length, and the H90A-C allows multiple indexes and the ability to run jobs of different quantities and lengths in consecutive order, retaining them for future use.
H105 Series:
- The H105 Saw Series includes one semi-automatic and 2 automatic versions. All three models include variable vise pressure, a 5 HP blade motor, and use a 1-1/4″ wide blade. All include the same precise arm control that permits fine adjustment of the cutting rate and cutting force, allowing soft entry into shapes and control of the blade exit to reduce burrs on solids. The operator controls are mounted on an easy-to-view arm. Based on one of our most popular models from some years back, this model series has a long impressive reputation for producing straight parts efficiently.
H130 Series:
- The HE&M H130 pivot saw series offers two versions, a semi-automatic version, and a fully automatic model. With a 10 HP blade motor and a 2HP hydraulic motor, the H130 is an aggressive cutting machine and ideal for many applications. The 1-1/2″ wide blade enables cutting larger and harder materials and the adjustable clamping pressure allows holding solid materials securely and permits cutting materials with thinner cross-sections. Both models include a swing-away control and the touch screen and 48” per index/multiple index bar-feed on the H130A make cutting multiple parts and part lengths easy.
