Shipping Policy

Delivery of products are shipped FOB Supplier.

Claims against the carrier for damage or loss caused during shipping must be made by the Purchaser. All claims for shortages and errors in shipment must be made with Seller in writing within five (5) days after receipt of delivery.

Any shipping dates quoted by Seller to Purchaser are estimates only. Shipping dates quoted are subject to prior sale and shall be computed from the date of Seller’s acknowledgement of Purchaser’s order.

Purchaser’s acceptance of delivery of products from the carrier shall constitute a waiver of any claim of delay.

Return Policy

If you wish to return a product, you must call 800-286-3624 and speak to a Sales Representative to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

Product returns must be made within thirty (30) days from date of invoice, and must include proof of purchase. Products sold on a “Final Sale” basis cannot be returned; these include custom items and items marked “Non-Cancellable”, “Non-Returnable” or “Final Sale”.

No merchandise will be accepted for return without an RMA issued by Seller. All returns are subject to Seller’s inspection upon receipt, credit will not be issued on damaged or used material. A re-stocking charge on all returned products will be equal to 20% of invoice value.

All products authorized for return are to be shipped, freight prepaid, to Seller. Collect shipments will be refused.

Saw Blades and special tooling are non-cancellable and non-refundable.

Customer satisfaction is very important to us and we will do all we can to work with you to accommodate your request and to avoid additional fees and delays.

Order Cancellation Policy

All order cancellations, if not prohibited above, must be approved by Ocean Machinery, and may be denied or subject to re-stocking fees and other charges.
