FEATURES+

Head down feed is gravity fed and controlled by way of an infinitely variable flow control valve. The flow control allows for presetting the down feed rate and retaining this setting at the end of the cut to minimize dead air cutting.
Multimode features allow three different cutting modes: 1. Manual mode 2. Manual mode with hydraulic feed regulation 3. Automatic down feed
Heavy cast head frame for rigidity and roller and carbide guides for optimum cutting quality. Easily set the most efficiency.
Quick set cam-activated vises. Adjustable vise with handwheel for initial set up and quick release cam lever for repeat cutting.
Drive system. Direct drive means full power to the drive wheel without horse power loss through belts and pulleys. Low maintenance without belts and pulleys.
Miter up to 60° to the right, and anywhere in between. The head, NOT the material, rotates for angle cutting.

Description

The Dake Mitering Horizontal Band Saw has a unique design that makes these band saws a real problem solver and an exceptional value.

These Dake mitering horizontal band saws will miter up to 60° to the right, and anywhere in between. They also feature head down feed, multimode cutting, quick set cam-activated vises, direct drive, and a heavy cast head frame.

Model SE 6.5 M

Mitering bandsaw with dual operating modes and hydraulic controlled down feed. 2.5HP, 120V motor with up to 60°right mitering capabilities. Ergonomic design for operator’s comfort and control. Variable speed with rotary adjusting wheel and “Constant speed control” Maintains constant speed to prevent bog downs when cutting.

Model SE 10 DM

Heavy duty, dual mitering saw that comes with one standard Bi-metal blade. Hydraulic controlled downfeed with automatic shut off at the end of the cut. 2.75HP, 220V motor with up to 60°right mitering capabilities. Dual operating modes with head descent control lock switch. Pre-set the down feed and shut switch so down feed does not need resetting after each cut.
